Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email. This will include all of the items that you have ordered.If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check to ensure that the email has not been filtered into your junk folder.

As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive an email from us to confirm your item/s have been dispatched.Where possible we will also provide tracking details.

We use DPD as our main courier. We also occasionally use Parcelforce and DHL.Any item dispatched using DPD will be done so on a next day service. You will receive tracking details directly from DPD along with a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.We recommend downloading the DPD app to track your delivery.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also work with PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. Using Klarna or Clearpay will allow you to split the cost of your order into interest free monthly payments.

Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by us and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Clearpay split the cost into 4 instalments, taken automatically every 2 weeks. You’ll pay the first instalment at the time of purchase. Clearpay is always zero interest and free when you pay on time. The only fees are if you're late making a payment.
